I also have an 88 930 and I have the TK long neck IC. Its a piece of art and certainly adds HP over stock, especially when matched with other upgrades. If I were in your shoes, I would probably keep the andial and get a Leask WUR and rarlyl8 headers and exhaust. Those two items, when combined with your K27 and andial IC are your best bang for the buck and work really well together.
I would still speak with Chris and see what the TK brings compared to the Andial short neck. With the other upgrades, maybe the TK is the better option? Maybe you will want to buy that too and sell the Andial to fund that purchase. They are highly sought after and should sell quickly for a pretty penny.
