As someone responsible for a large group of kids in our youth football program, they have to take precautions to protect the organization.
Your diagnosis and treatment of ringworm would not stand up to scrutiny from a 3rd party.
Likewise, the concussions are a big unknown. The only way they can protect the organization is by having guidelines which require a professional evaluation.
