Pau,
Do you have the fiberglass shroud that came with the intercooler that mounts to the underside of the whale tail grill? That adds to the efficiency of the intercooler by forcing air through it.
Also, Since it looks like you need to replace the rubber sealing strip around the perimeter of the intercooler, Steele Rubber Products sells a rubber strip with a profile close to what was originally installed, P/N 70-3591-99.
