Also, Since it looks like you need to replace the rubber sealing strip around the perimeter of the intercooler, Steele Rubber Products sells a rubber strip with a profile close to what was originally installed, P/N 70-3591-99.

dap, I'm glad you mentioned that Steele Rubber product. That's been one PITA for me as I've been trying to modify the old sealing strip from the OEM intercooler to my Andial, which didn't have one. I have the carbon fiber shroud from TC but there's still some gaps around. The problem with the original seal is that it seems to be a silicone-type rubber and for the life of me I can't find a good adhesive for it. I've tried contact cement for rubber boots, 3M weatherstripping seal, epoxy and super glue. Super glue has worked the best but not great. Combine with a flexi seal tape around the perimeter has kept the seal there but it's completely sketch. This Steele product might be a light at the end of the tunnel. Hopefully.
