Not a lot.
When winter rolled around I decided to clean up the interior so I've made some slow progress in there. The PO did a poor job on the interior paint so I stripped everything down to metal and am waiting for a decently warm day to paint the interior. After that I've got some carpet I'm going to throw down so that the wife doesn't feel like she's in a race car, even though she essentially is when we go out on a date night.
I pulled the Sparco race buckets and attempted my hand at learning to sew to reupholster them - Thanks HandBuildByJeff. But after two failed attempts and much time I decided to farm it out to have it professionally done. Looking to do that this week. Depending on the prices I may just go with the Cobra GT3s... They're beautiful but they require $500 to ship from the UK. Not super keen on that.
Also looking at how to deal with the worn dash pad. Its really rough and I'm not interested in pulling the glass right now. I've seen some solid solutions on 911 race cars so I'm looking into that.
Finally, regarding the engine temps. I'm going to modify the DIY ducktail grill I made so the engine can accommodate the original carb spacer that was installed when I received the car. The original gauge showed normal temps when it was installed so I'm thinking that maybe the fuel is just getting too hot? No idea but it's worth a shot.
I'll put up some pictures when I have some worth showing. Just an empty, bare metal interior at the moment.
***EDIT***
Slow progress on account of an upcoming job change and move to San Diego this summer. Along with chasing around a soon-to-be 2 year old. I now know why the projects that move quickly are either done by professionals or older guys without kids.
