I would pressure wash the whole thing and get it running/driving well then you'll be able to sell it easily.
Don't fix anything that doesn't need fixing. Just get it going and make sure the brakes work well.

Ignore any rust... Maybe rub some linseed oil on any larger areas.

Patina is worth keeping.
