How do the Brokers/flippers find the cars?
Not looking to get in the game, just curious.
Some seem to always have the same generations. Some come up with some really nice examples, some not so much (insert BHCC)
In real estate we can prospect for a specific property using public tax records, but are the flippers accessing the dmv for owner's contact info or?
