my friend is Chinese
her mom bought the house and her English is pretty bad.
my friends is good but not being from here I don't think they (especially mom) really understood what an HOA was and certainly did not ever consider something like a basketball goal in the driveway.
I refuse to live in an HOA. the thought of paying some Ahole to tell ME what I can and cant do to my house is NOT going to happen.
