I visited the Kenny Dreer operation in Portland, Or when he made a great run at making Nortons.
I bought a fistful of raffle tickets for one of Kenny's Nortons at the ALMS, or maybe the CART or IRL race in Portland one year. Beautiful machine, great guy, and probably the real "loser" in all of this. Kenny's passion brought Norton "back". Garner's greed pushed him out and led to where they are today. If there were any justice in this world, Kenny would wind up with what's left of "Norton". He's probably the only one who believes anymore...
