We are planning on starting before we move. We haven’t sold our current house yet anyway. It would be a lot easier. But if someone bought ours and wanted us out right away we would have to deal with it.

I still have my hangar so we could put some stuff there, or in storage if we had to. And take a vacation if the house was unlivable while being worked on.

The plan is to start in the master bathroom first, and take out a few walls, take out all the carpet and flooring. And paint the garage floor, it will probably be the only time it won’t be filled with stuff.
