Looks good...hard to live in during any level of renovation
I second the Grady White. When I lived on Cobb Island, my neighbor had a 23ft CC Grady White and it was the finest boat of it's kind I have ever been on, before or since...and I have been on a lot of boats.
Perfect for the Potomac.
For folks really into boating, there are specific hull types for different water types. I'm sure you'll do the homework!
