We are getting to the point that many of the Older canal homes are becoming tear downs, so generally you are just buying the lot. The older homes were built in the 70’s, and of coarse they are on some of the better lots.
It will take me about 15 minutes to get to the harbor, another 30 minutes to get to the gulf.
