2006 Cayman S Power steering hose issue

So I have found at least one of my leaks and it's the actual rubber hose (there are two) that come from the PS Pump down to where the rubber meets the black tubing that starts to run under the car. So I'm getting oil down at the bottom of the crimp. Now just behind that is the transition from that rubber/crimp to a brass coupler to the black tubing. When I grab the rubber hoe and turn the coupler allows it to turn right meaning it's not rigid from the rubber through to the tubing. I hope that makes sense. What I don't understand is how does that disconnect so I can replace the rubber hose?

I will need to take the drivers intake off and possibly the A/C unit to have access but that's ok. I figure while I'm there I might as well replace the PS resivour and o-ring because it's cheap and why not. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
