Ok, I found my answers. Sometimes you have to use several sources but with the help of my local Porsche dealership and photos from this site we managed to understand that the high pressure hose is one piece from the bottom of the PS pump to about dead center of your butt/driver seat where there is an actual coupler that disconnects. This connection in my photo is apparently not meant to disconnect.
Ordered from the dealership the hose/line and the bottom section of the PS reservoir as they were cheaper and the upper PS reservoir from this site for the same reason.
Not looking forward to the intake, A/C removal but it is what it is.
