Hi Peeps. just tapping the bird brain trust. I have a CONCORD 4 system. All sensors are working, nothing open. But i still get this code BUS UNIT 1 FAILURE. I tried disconnecting main and backup power to reboot the system. but did not work.

anyone know about this. I am pretty clueless about these systems.
