I can probably cut them off...just have not done that before. Honestly, this is the oldest car I have ever had (former BMW junkie) and my first experience with rusted bolts. And you are totally right, wrenches ain't gonna get em off.
Plenty of room I think to attack them with a Dremel...guess I could stop by Sears.
