Thanks for the link, it’s a cool idea and looks like a lot of fun.
That’s a great looking SC. My only advice is to get a few shakedown runs in before hand, 5-10 trips of 60-100mi will inspire some confidence and may highlight any potential issues. The only other thing I would add is making sure your windshield wipers are in good shape, living in LA it’s something you may overlook.
