Not to be contrary, or anything
but the Gortex I know of is PTFE (Teflon) at base . ..which cold-flows terribly. (meaning it deforms slowly under small loads)
Now that I think about it "Gortex" products are usually PTFE
coated materials. (ie dental floss--PTFE coated nylon, raincoats-PTFE lined fabrics)
DO you know the complete make-up of these medical "Gortex fabrics " ?
