Wouldn't agree it's 100%, maybe more like 50/50
Not worked at Mercedes but worked with and know lots of people there, not heard of anyone being sacked for making a mistake. Have worked at Ferrari and saw quite few people made an example of. Hopefully Binotto will drive this culture out of the team as for me the blame culture is one of the main differences between Mercedes and Ferrari. The other main difference is Maranello is isolated from the majority of the F1 talent gene pool so not the same influx of fresh ideas/working methods coming in to the team
Sorry, bit slow on answering your previous post,
Racing Point will have made a lot of teams sit up and take notice. They won't have done anything illegal, just used the same approach as Haas and Ferrari
It's not hard to copy a competitors car, plenty of 'spy' photos to scale from and turn into 3D shapes.
Racing Point's car is tested in one of Mercedes's wind tunnels so I'm sure they will have received some good advice

on which route to take while developing their own aero package
Toto and Stroll are best 'investment' buddies so it makes for a good partnership
Renault now need to do something similar with McLaren otherwise they risk being left behind in the development war between the manufacturers
