I own a 2006 Cayenbe S with 165,000 on it and it runs strong. Just this past weekend did some offroading in the north Georgia mountains. Did 4 creek crossings average dept around two feet. Performed really well. I have air suspension so that helped along with the 20" wheels and A/T tires.
