Yes, I had an issue with crowding of my lower front teeth and Invisalign straightened them right out. My program only needed 10 weeks to complete the process, changing to new aligners at the start of each week. 10 sets of aligners in total, plus the retainer to wear afterwards.

Yes, the aligners are a PITA to R & R every time you wanna eat something...really cuts down on between-meal snacking. But the retainers that you wear after
after your teeth are realigned are even harder to get in & out. The plastic material is thicker and less flexible than the aligners. I'll sometimes just wear my final set of aligners instead of the retainer if I know I'll be needing to R & R them more than once during the day. With the aligners, I found that hooking a fingernail under the back edge on just one side to start pulling it off, then using my tongue to push the front part off, the rest of it followed easily. It gets simpler once you get the hang of it.
I was also told that the aligners needed to be removed before consuming anything but plain water. I found that I could drink coffee, juice and even mixed drinks without removing them...no harm done. I always removed them to eat anything that required chewing though.
