huge thanks to the OP. I am a novice compared to most of you here and I was able to take the bumper and valance off and reinstall it using the guide. My buddy helped out a lot.

When I reinstalled, I replaced all the hardware with either Porsche specific stuff or nuts/bolts/washers from belmetric. if anyone needs part numbers or help, let me know. i was pretty meticulous about keeping track of all the fasteners.

the only mishap was when I reinstalled the bumper, i (because i am an idiot and lazy) didn't use some painters tape to cover the edges of the valance to avoid scraping it.
the bellows were not tucked in properly and the sharp edges created a tiny scratch. i ended up using touchup paint to fix it but it could have been avoided.

I also added a waterproof connector to the turn signal cable. I was able to assemble the entire bumper on ground and thus avoid holding the bumper while tightening the 11 or so bolts for the turn signals/oil cooler protector bar.

hardest part was the final rubber piece. maybe i was doing it wrong but man getting that on took some effort and a lot of cursing.
