Managers can get really picky about things so something tiny like that can make them move to the next resume.

Many times they don't even bother reading the resume thoroughly; just skim and toss.

I'm in between jobs myself. I'm at the point where work is optional for me.
Dude, what exactly is the problem, in the absence of jobs or in you? I ask you not to be offended because I just want to find out the truth. The fact is that I used to have a friend who could not find work. As a result, the problem turned out to be that he could not even write a resume and was very illiterate. So it seems to me that if you prepare a cool and complete resume, then any company will take you to work. Also on the Internet you can find a lot of sites like http://themoneymix.com. There you can find samples that are regularly updated and tips for writing the perfect resume. Good luck and I hope you can find a cool job!
