Yeah I've had it fully checked out- it is a lot of work for heat. And yes- I still have the rear blower motor and it's working fine. I get lots of air movement- just very little heat in that air. It's a poor, poor design by FabSpeed- just not enough surface area covering the exhaust pipes (only two are even covered) to heat up the air passing over them to heat the cabin by the time it gets there. It sucks- and I need heat to drive the car at all in the winter. I may go back to the stock system and just plumb it to the FabSpeed pipes just to get heat. Hell the car used to get warm within two blocks of driving with the OEM system- All the flaps and such have been checked out- everything is working- just a poor design.
