I ordered the same product again, this time it was 10 cents more money. It arrived and is what I wanted. The day is was to arrive was a cold drizzly day, with a few snow flakes and I figure either the driver did not want to get out of the truck and come up to my porch, or the vendor screwed up and did not have it in stock. It did not matter since it was easy to reorder. I am sure Amazon knows what happened.

I got that message from a vendor I've ordered the same item from several times. I was immediately refunded. I called the vendor and they admitted that they were "out of stock". I checked and found they had removed it from Amazon. I had them verify I would get the same price when it became available. Sure enough, when it became available again it was at a higher price but they honored the promise so all was good.
