There is a big shop in Plymouth, (very near the dealer), that works on high-end Euro cars. Not Porsche-specific but they work on them and might know what to look for on the bottom of a 991. I can't imagine that there is much to see, other than the usual leaks to look for on any vehicle, worn suspension components, etc.
I wish I could remember their name but it would be easy to find. On a 991, I'd be looking at Carfax, test driving the car, looking at records if the dealer serviced it, just general stuff generic to any late model used car.
Good luck.
