The Pens got spanked hard today, one day after getting pretty well owned by the Caps. What's wrong with them? Not complaining, but just curious

Yes, it's very frustrating to Caps fan, and nobody can quite put their finger on what's going on, but it's probably coaching related. They were owning the league before All-Star. After the New Year, they are a .500 team at best. Weird.
