I've also been making some custom kick panels. I started with cardboard templates, one of which you can see in one of the pictures in the previous post, then used ABS sheet and bent them using a heat gun. They will be covered with carpet once I get them in and fitting properly. I think they will look pretty clean once they are finished, and the pedal boards are in.

I am also planning to cover the heater hoses in matching vinyl, or replace them with new clean ones.
