Looks like you're going to need to minimally get it back to original profile. I agree with earlier posts, you need an alignment, there shouldn't be any rubbing with the sizes you're running.

I have 7s and 9s with 225/245 R888r's and there is zero rubbing...I'm actually about to toss 5mm spacers on them.

However, my car has been professionally lowered/corner balanced so the alignment angles work with the size I have, and my fenders were rolled for extra safety, but it was not required.

They're just fenders...it's not a Koenigsegg...
