We had one large milkweed plant stripped to the stems. We just moved the caterpillars to other plants with leaves. Right now my wife has several milkweed plants growing from seeds in our guest bathroom. We had a lot of bees and hummingbirds as well. There was some weird vine that has a really cool bloom that smells good. Some other rare butterfly species like to eat it. We had several of them. We also have a Blue Bird nest.
This is the entrance to our front door for guest that park in the driveway. Just two of the many flower beds we have. The only food is for the insects and birds.
