It's not the weight of the bars that changes anything, it's the adjustment of the new bars, you can have the same exact car, adjust it so that all for corners are exactly the same, and have a perfect corner balance, you could then adjust the suspension such that all of the heights were exactly the same as they were when the car was balanced, but have each corner off by 200lbs.

The height really doesn't have anything to do with the balance. Obviously if you change one it can/will change the other, but overall they do not share a linear relationship.
