Hello Zhair - welcome to the forum! I would suggest doing a search in the forum. There are a TON of threads on this exact topic. The biggest thing that people will bring up is the IMS bearing replacement; which some feel is absolutely necessary because of the fault.
Can I ask why you feel a 944 or 914 won't work - there are plenty of members who drive these cars considerably more than just 200 miles a month. If you like either one of those, you should definitely consider them as well.
