I'm in Charlotte, NC which is about 1 mil population, not so small, but not big either. There really haven't been any local media stories about real hard core panic buying like we are seeing on the national media. I was in our Trader Joe's in the University section yesterday and it was no different than any other day in TJ's. No lines, fully stocked (except the tiny meat section), people with just a few of the usual items (wine, cheese, crackers, Dutch Kringles and produce). On the way home I passed a Harris Teeter, an Aldi's and a Publix, (all food markets) all had half full lots, no lines. So i'm wondering is the panic confined to large dense cities, or is my experience an anomaly? Is this a big city thing only? Like many places as of today, all schools closed, many working from home, etc., but we are not feeling any sort of panic like on national TV.

Panic buying is in full force in SW Oklahoma. Kicked into high gear on Thursday or Friday and has been non stop ever since.
