Someone did that at one of our rentals last summer. I got there at 7 am to find a big shart stained mattress leaned up against our front porch.
I took the biggest fit right there in the middle of the street. Threw that disgusting thing out in the middle of the road, and made traffic go around it for about 30 minutes till I cooled off and loaded it into my truck. I burnt it that night ..
If I knew who it was, I would dump my garbage in their yard for as long as they lived there.
I am 100% sure it was one of the neighbors who saw us working, and hauling out debris every day . You could tell, it was dragged there .
