Nothing is set in stone but I bet all the proof needed is the difference in the paycheck. For example, if a worker's pay has been reduced due to hours being cut, I bet they will qualify for not having to pay rent. In the mean time, who the hell is going to carry the landlord? My friend's worry about commercial. If their business numbers falls, they qualify for not having to pay. That number can be fudged easily for business owners especially food related businesses
