Hell, I'd be happy to have a few "spare" hundred thousand in cash that could be invested in the market. Or, I had a crystal ball and had sold off 90% of my investments/401k/IRA between Christmas and Feb 15 and could now start putting that back into the market.

But, I don't have the spare cash and I didn't sell, so I won't be able to do anything crazy, but I will be leaving what's in the market in the market until the market goes back up.
