When I took my sunroof out I noticed one of the pieces that goes in the back to help align it was missing and the other one was bent. I found you could not buy these individually and did not want to buy the entire track assembly to get one. I have a smart engineer friend with his own business. Guy can make anything. I took it to him and he turned them out of delrin plastic on his lathe. Pretty awesome. Below is the bent one I took him and 1 of the 2 new ones he made me. Put everything back together today and worked like a champ!
Working on carpet now. Here is the heat/sound barrier and the padding that goes below the carpet. I am going to use the stock side panels around the rear and will not have any rear seats. Got the carpet kit from Autobahn.
