I would bet with Ruger making a more affordable unit there will be more buying as a curiosity or plinker. Even 1600fps out of a handgun is going to shoot pretty flat with little recoil.
The PS90 should have a little better speed with the longer barrel than the P90.
On a side note, my daughter and I both use a P90 when we play airsoft out in the woods. For that it is great. Everything is inside your forearm.
