Using a grinder with no guard is not good practice, but sometimes it works better that way. If doing so, I sure stay out of direct line with that rascal.
It's been awhile now since I've welded in body panels. You bring back some fun memories. There's huge satisfaction in that.

Milt, you are 100% right about that. I’ve thought about that many times, and I should look on Amazon for a new Milwaukee guard to put on this grinder.
