In your case you could hang the doors to fit in the ideal position and hang the rear quarters to align to the door edge and the usual assembly sequence for the front parts.

But, you've been through at least one build with the Gray Ghost, so I'm probably stating the obvious to you.

That's going to be one hell of a 911. Why isn't this in the 911 forum?

I have it there, but it has not generated too much interest. If you are here in Southern California, I would love for you to come by and put your expert eyes on it before I weld anything up. I don’t have any experience with it. Certainly nothing this extensive on the gray ghost.
