I believe most docs recommend acetaminophen for the discomfort of Coronavirus, not as a cure. That's fancy for Tylenol (not an NSAID, like aspirin).
The popular opioids are about 325/10, meaning 325 milligrams of acetaminophen and 10 milligrams of some opioid concoction. Late stage cancer patients can get up to about 325/80's, since addiction is not an issue.
The problem is, the 325/10 (or 325/5) really only do the feel good part for a few weeks, then you need more (just like heroin) for the same buzz (but they're great pain relievers). In really extreme cases, the huge amounts of acetaminophen ruin your liver. The heroin component really isn't too hard on your organs, except for the cessation of breathing/heartbeat thing.
