How about the pricks that start pulling away from their stop about 1.5 seconds before you go past at 60mph. WTF?

Or those who drive 55mph on a two lane highway only to floor it when the road opens up into 3 lanes (one of the 3 is oncoming) or just as irritating, stay at 55 and move into the center of the 3.
