It must be. Saw a Tahoe last weekend and get a good laugh about the one we saw. Then my wife saw it parked in the neighborhood. Then this evening, he passed us. Big thumping base, idiot standing out the sunroof, weaving and speeding, etc. it’s like he was begging for a ticket.
