Super glue is the way to go nowadays. Extra thin, thin, medium, thick depending on the way the parts fit.
Put the parts together and apply a drop to the seam and capillary action will do the rest.
But be careful not to get too much on the seam as it will melt the plastic right away and then you will have to apply a filler.
And don't use but very little amounts for other cement jobs. Like a post in a socket.
Keep fingers away too.
