Be mindful of your local laws - just because these ship to your home with no FFL, waiting period, or background check, don't assume they are "not a firearm". The feds don't see them as such, but many municipalities do. My town, for example, considers a wrist-rocket a "firearm". Pea shooters and spit wads as well. Anything that propels a projectile is a "firearm" and cannot legally be discharged within city limits.

Understood about local laws Jeff, thanks. It’s legal to discharge a firearm in my local township anyway (I’m in a relatively rural area on about 15 acres), so I’m hopeful these things are quiet enough for back yard target practice, although it does look like some of the higher caliber PCP stuff can get loud. Doing more research....
