Hi Guys,
I thought I would share my 69 912 project. I bought this 2 years ago, and has had a ton of not so great surprises- including rust and bondo hiding body damage in the rear left and front right. I am a regular customer of Restoration Design.
I built the jig shown below-just got the car on it last night. Shout out to Willem Fick who I got the plans from!
The hack that had previously worked on her didn't use a jig, and now I find out the rear torsion tube is off by about a 1/2 inch. Next will be cutting it out and readjusting.
This Corona thing really sucks, but being bunkered in the barn has been a blast!
