Seen that a lot. Yours probably imploded and didn't drag on the sides of the float bowl, so it wasn't so noticable. Redline Weber has new floats. 41015.007. Usually caused by blowing out the idle jet passages with a rubber tipped airgun tight against the hole. If you have to do that, hold the airgun a couple of inches away and do short bursts.
