Thanks John. This was my waking life on nights and weekends for six months or so and I'm happy how it came out. This was just part of an entire household remodel that I'm down to just two rooms left.
So far water has not been a direct issue on the foundation (drains are working) and the nearest trees in my forest of a back yard are at least 30 feet away from the foundation. Your points are well taken but so far so good.
