Daughter bought me an Instant Pot (swanky pressure cooker) for Christmas. Used it half a dozen times but never for rice.
It does have a big stainless steel bowl you pull out and toss in the dishwasher.
I did watch a few YouTube videos and every person mentioned the rice can get sticky although they talk of "perfect rice" every time.
I think it's a good bet after practice but not plug and play like the Zojirushi (which also makes the Elephant).
