Thanks Jeff and others - I'll take all the design credit (if that counts when what your really doing is trying to stay true to the original), and my guys and I did all the concrete work. The block, brick and tile work, along with the timbers were all done by a local craftsman I've used for years.
We've done quite a lot of other work, including re-roofing (once the patio roof structure was complete) with original two-piece clay tile, and taken care of a lot of deferred maintenance. There's a 1200' guest house (ADU) in the offing that I'll try to document; we have planing commission approval and have two years before we ground - but hopefully we will start in the next 6 months.
